It’s Spring on the east coast, but I’d rather be here, in Palm SPRINGS. I want to be able to play golf, wear shorts, get a tan, exercise, and sniff the grass. Then…I want to swim in the pool, rest in the hot tub, sleep in a chaise lounge chair, and do it all over again the next day.

Fantasies: They’re all I have on a cold and windy Saturday during March Madness, which I love, but the upsets of last evening are killing my picks! (U Mass just won the second round of the NIT tournament, so at least I feel a little better.)

I played this golf course in February of 200 7 during school vacation. The San Jacinto mountains surrounded this oasis in the desert. It was a fine time and we played into the darkness just to suck the marrow out of  that wonderful day.

I’ve been trying to add photos to my posts for two days. With a little help from my friends, I think I figured it out. So, here’s a random photo of some friends of mine I usually see on the way home from work. And I am the new “resizing” master of the blog-world! Props to my mentors, of course.

I’m creating a blog for a class I’m taking on Web 2.0. I need a Blog Guru to sit next to me and show me the way. Actually, it’s been a fascinating experience to keep trying new ways to bend this program to my liking. The edublog god is winning…
